We guarantee the quality and craftsmanship of all of our premium goods.
If there is a manufacturer’s fault or craftsmanship issue with your product please reach out to us via our “Contact Us” page with your name and invoice number and we will work with you to rectify your issue at no extra charge.
If there are no faults with your product but you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase (ie. the product does not fit) you can return or exchange the product in the condition it was received with original packaging. Refunds are subject to a 5% restocking fee that will be deducted from the original purchase price, if returning for an exchange this fee is waived. Please include your name and invoice number and reach out via our “Contact Us” page to process a return. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and using a postal service with tracking information and insurance is recommended. Cowboy Gear will not be held responsible for any lost packages.
